Authorities have identified one of the two people killed in a shooting at a library in northern California, as local officials praised staff members for helping protect children and other patrons during the attack. One of the victims was named as 46-year-old Chico resident Jacob Hull, according to local media reports. The second victim, a 74-year-old man, has not yet been publicly identified. A child was also injured.
