China's Tech Giant Alibaba Takes Legal Action Against Pentagon, Challenges Military Ties Claim

The dispute centres around the Pentagon’s Section 1260H list, which identifies companies that US authorities believe are connected to China’s military or military-civil fusion efforts while operating directly or indirectly in the United States. Earlier this month, the Pentagon expanded the list significantly, adding major Chinese firms including Alibaba, Baidu, BYD, NIO, Unitree and several AI, robotics and renewable energy companies.
