A Russell’s viper, one of India’s most venomous snakes, was found at the entry-exit area of Mumbai Metro Line 3’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) station on Tuesday morning (June 23), triggering panic among commuters and staff. The snake was safely captured and removed from the premises by rescue personnel. Officials confirmed that the incident did not disrupt metro operations and services continued as scheduled.
