The transformation is centred around National Highway 503 (NH-503), an important route that connects Mehatpur, Una, Amb and Ranital. The nearly 99-kilometre highway is being upgraded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to improve traffic movement, reduce congestion and enhance road safety.
