India vs Afghanistan Highlights, 1st ODI: India defeated Afghanistan in the first ODI at Dharamsala thanks to strong performances from Shubman Gill and KL Rahul. Rahmanullah Gurbaz had earlier struck a century, but the hosts bowled Afghanistan out for 194 in 24.5 overs thanks to six wickets taken by debutants Gurnoor Brar and Harsh Dubey. After choosing to bowl first, India got off to a fantastic start, reducing Afghanistan to 25 for 3 in 4.3 overs. But the batting side was back in the game after Gurbaz’s blistering performance. Eight fours and an equal number of sixes helped him smash 102 runs in 51 balls. While Brar gave up just 27 runs while taking three wickets, Dubey claimed three wickets for 47 runs.
