Shrutika Barnwal, a resident of Bokaro in Jharkhand, had recently completed her Master’s in Water Policy and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. According to her teachers, she had secured a position with the Rubber, Chemical & Polymer Skill Development Council and was scheduled to return to Mumbai after completing induction formalities in Delhi.
