Dipke, currently based in Boston, is expected to arrive in New Delhi at around 8 am on Saturday. According to the group’s plans, he will be joined by several activists, including Sonam Wangchuk, before proceeding to the Parliament Street police station to seek the necessary permissions for the proposed demonstration.
