Not Just A Spiritual Stop: The Surprising India-Venezuela Link Behind Delcy Rodríguez’s Sathya Sai Baba Ashram Visit

“Few people attended the little Sai Centre, but when the first shipments of Sai Baba, Man of Miracles arrived from Mexico and were distributed, the numbers gradually began to grow. Arlette continued the translation work and soon the Spanish collection of Sai literature expanded with Sathya Sai Speaks Volume I (1977), Gita Vahini (1978), Summer Roses on the Blue Mountains (1976), Conversations with Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba (1980), Sathya Sai Speaks Volume II (1980), and subsequent volumes of Sathya Sai Speaks up to Volume VII in 1990. Since the address and telephone number of the Sai Centre were printed in the books, more attendees gradually began to arrive. Initially, all this was done on a typewriter, as Arlette did not have a computer until 1985,” states the website of the International Sai Organization.
