Talking to Times Now’s Group Editor-in-Chief Navika Kumar, Janhvi addressed the criticism towards Peddi’s song, Hellallallo, with Shruti Haasan. Revealing she was unaware of the backlash, including Ram Charan, the actress said an actor’s job is to trust the director and their vision. “In the milieu of the film and where the characters are based, I guess it made (sense)… I didn’t think the song was vulgar. It’s just, I felt like we were just dancing,” she told.
