As per reports, the sale includes a property described in registration paperwork as a bungalow-style duplex, with a carpet area of 6,421 square feet and a built-up area of 8,669 square feet. On a built-up area basis, the Kapoors paid close to Rs. 75,000 per square foot for the deal, while on carpet area, the value crosses Rs. 1.01 lakh per square foot. The purchasers also paid Rs. 3.90 crore in stamp duty when the sale was registered on October 12.
