An FIR has already been registered at Malviya Nagar Police Station under multiple provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), including Section 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), Section 326(g) (damage by fire or explosive substances), Section 324(5) (mischief causing damage), Sections 125(a) and 125(b) (acts endangering life or safety), and Section 287 (negligent handling of fire or combustible materials), officials said.
