The accused, identified as Ronald Saville of Honolulu, is alleged to have made a series of violent threats in which he expressed a desire to target the Democratic governor and attack the state legislature. Prosecutors say Saville threatened to “shoot up” the Michigan State Capitol and “kill as many people as possible,” prompting a federal investigation.
