India will be one of the favourites when they take the field for the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 in England. Before that India underwent massive preparatory series, as they are took on England in their home soil in a three-match T20I series. Even though India lost the series by a margin of 1-2, their captain Harmanpreet Kaur managed to break a massive world record in the third T20I at the Cooper Associates County Ground in Taunton, as the Women in Blue lost the game.
