The IMD said that the showers and thunderstorms will provide respite from the intense heat wave conditions in Uttar Pradesh as well as the neighboring parts of the NCR, including Noida, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. According to the weather department, a gradual drop in the temperatures is expected in the coming days due to the cloudy skies and rainfall activities.
