Speaking about Bandar plot, it follows Samar Mehra, played by Bobby Deol, a once-popular television actor whose life spirals after his ex-girlfriend accuses him of rape following their breakup. Claiming innocence, Samar is thrown into a brutal prison system where he must fight to survive amid corruption and violence. Directed by Anurag Kashyap and written by Sudip Sharma and Abhishek Banerjee, the film also stars Sanya Malhotra, Saba Azad, Sapna Pabbi, Raj B Shetty and Indrajith Sukumaran. Produced by Nikhil Dwivedi’s Saffron Magicworks, Bandar releases worldwide on June 5, 2026.
