With demand of premium SUVs growing, Kia is expected to bring the Sorento in India. The global-spec SUV, in its new-gen avatar, looks robust and stylish. Internationally, it is available with many engine options, including a 1.6-litre turbo-hybrid, a 2.5-litre petrol and diesel options. However, in India, the SUV could arrive with a turbo-petrol or hybrid powertrain. An all-wheel-drive system could also be on the cards for top-spec models. The Kia SUV is anticipated to start at around Rs 28 lakh (ex-showroom).
