As part of his itinerary, Tobgay also visited Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC) in Bhutan’s Sarpang district, located near the India–Assam border at Samdrup Jongkhar. During the visit, he held a courtesy meeting with Governor Acharya at Lok Bhawan, with Chief Minister Sarma also present.
