In a spine-chilling incident that unfolded at the dead of night in outer Delhi‘s Peeragarhi village, a 60-year-old watchman guarding a tempo stand was killed in cold blood by an SUV driver. The accused first assaulted the victim, then ran over him twice– ultimately leaving the watchman severely injured, before fleeing the area, as per PTI. The instance happened on Sunday, May 24, at around 3 AM. The disturbing crime was captured on a nearby-installed CCTV camera, footage of which later went viral.
