Triumph has introduced two new versions of the Tiger 900 in India but this isn’t a launch centred around more power or new technology. Instead, the British brand is offering buyers two factory-developed takes on its middleweight adventure motorcycle. Called the Alpine Edition and Desert Edition, the new variants are aimed at riders with different riding styles and visual preferences. The new variants are priced from Rs. 15.35 lakh (ex-showroom) and are called the Alpine Edition and the Desert Edition. The variants have new and unique colour and design systems, but are unchanged mechanically. Within the premium adventure touring segment, more options are added. However, there is no change in what made the Tiger 900 a global hit.
