ClickUp Layoffs: US-based productivity software company ClickUp has announced a major round of layoffs as it accelerates its transition toward artificial intelligence-driven operations. The company’s CEO, Zeb Evans, confirmed that 22 per cent of the workforce would be affected, describing the restructuring as part of a broader transformation rather than a cost-cutting exercise. According to a company blog published in 2023, ClickUp employed more than 1,000 people. The latest layoffs, therefore, mark one of the company’s biggest organisational overhauls since its rapid growth phase.
