Anna University has reportedly released the results for the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2026 and Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admissions postgraduate (CEETA PG) 2026 today, May 22, 2026, on the official website at tancet.annaunic.edu. The candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their results by visiting the official website.
The TANCET MBA and MCA examinations were held on May 9, 2026, in two shifts. The first shift was held from 10 am to 12 noon, while the second shift took place from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. While the CEETA PG was held on May 10, 2026, in a single shift, from 10 AM to 12 PM.
A total of 30,912 candidates appeared for the examination, out of which 15,050 appeared for the TANCET MBA examination, 7,281 for MCA, and for the CEETA PG examination, a total of 5,137 for admission to ME, MTech, MArch, and MPlan programmes.
How To View: TANCET 2026 and CEETA PG Results
To view the results, the candidates can follow the steps given below:
- Go to the TANCET official website at tancet.annaunic.edu.
- Click on the “TANCET Result 2026” or “CEETA PG 2026 Result” visible on the homepage.
- Enter the required login details and click on submit.
- The result will be visible on the screen.
The university has also said that the scorecards for both the examinations, TANCET and CEETA PG 2026, will be made available to download from May 27, 2026, to June 26, 2026. The university has released the provisional answer keys earlier, followed by the final answer key after reviewing the objections raised by the candidates.
The correction window has also been made available by the university for candidates who wish to make changes to their personal details, such as spelling of name, initials, gender, date of birth, community, and nativity. The candidates have been advised to submit the supporting scanned documents to the official email ID provided by the university. Once the scorecard is downloaded, no modifications to profile details will be allowed.
Once the scorecards are available to download, the candidates are advised to take a printout for further use and reference, as it will be required during the counselling and admission process.
