Director Imtiaz Ali, in a recent conversation, shared a moment surrounding the film that has since becoming a big talking point. Both Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor, the lead actors of the 2007 film, have independently chosen Jab We Met as the first film they showed their respective children. Imtiaz, visibly moved by the detail, said the news made him feel genuinely nice and added that he was really glad both of them were introducing the film to their kids.
