Starting May 21, 2026, all US -bound American citizens and lawful permanent residents (LPRs) who have been in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, or South Sudan within the past 21 days must enter the United States exclusively through Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) for enhanced public health screening.
