Ali Vaez On US-Iran Peace Talks 2.0: 'If Iran Goes To Islamabad Under…'| WATCH Exclusive Interview

Ali Vaez spoke exclusively with Times Now’s Shreya Dhoundial over US-Iran talks round 2. Ali Vaez said, “If Iran goes to Islamabad under these circumstances, it would appear that they have been coerced back into negotiations. That is something Iran is strongly opposed to — being seen as negotiating from a position of weakness. The only scenario in which Iran returns to talks is if the US eases or ends its naval blockade. Otherwise, Iran believes any deal reached under pressure would not be favorable. The US conducted strikes during negotiations, which has made Iran cautious about returning to talks without guarantees…I don’t see signs of serious infighting within the Iranian system. The system is under pressure and focused on survival, which actually creates cohesion.” Watch the video to know more.
