TCS has appointed Deloitte and law firm Trilegal as independent advisors to support its internal probe into the Nashik BPO unit case. The investigation is being led by President and COO Aarthi Subramanian. An Oversight Committee, chaired by independent director Keki Mistry, has also been constituted to review the findings and recommend further action if needed. The company said the probe’s conclusions will be submitted to the committee upon completion.
