Tilak Varma played a match-winning knock and remained unbeaten on 60 off just 29 balls as India put on a huge total of 219/5 on the board in the second T20I of the three-match series against Zimbabwe. The India vice-captain batted with a strike rate of 206.90 and hit three sixes in his knock. Tilak gave the perfect finishing touch to India’s score. He went past MS Dhoni in an elite list during his knock and is now India’s seventh-highest run-scorer in the shortest format. Tilak has scored 1634 runs in 55 innings across 58 matches. Dhoni, who played 98 matches, scored 1617 runs in 85 innings.
