Traffic police, responding to a PCR call received through the control room, reached the spot and detained the Swift driver, identified as Bhavik Nitinbhai Adesara (30), a native of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, currently residing in a paying guest accommodation near Judges Bungalow Road in Bodakdev.
