Claiming that exam paper leaks had become a recurring problem, the Congress leader said 152 paper leaks had taken place over the last decade, affecting nearly 7.5 crore students and their families. “If you do the math, that’s roughly one paper leak every month. Every month, lakhs of students are forced to relive the stress of preparing for examinations because the system has failed them,” he said.
