Towns and cities specifically called out in the warning include Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Bensalem, Chester, Bellmawr, Yeadon, Burlington, Bristol, Riverside, Conshohocken and Palmyra. Flooding of streets, highways, underpasses, small creeks and low-lying areas is either already happening or expected to begin shortly.
