Kaur is survived by her husband, child, parents and three siblings. Her sister said the family learned about her death from someone in their village and still knows little about what happened. “I am not coping well, I cannot handle this news. My parents are devastated,” she said. “We are four siblings, there is my older brother, then Kirandeep, then two younger siblings. I am the youngest sister.”
