The steelmaker posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 4,696 crore, while revenue from operations came in at Rs 47,364 crore during the first quarter. Operationally, the company produced 6.59 million tonnes of crude steel, while saleable steel sales stood at 6.25 million tonnes for the quarter.
