Preliminary information suggests that the crane was attached to the under-construction high-rise at the JP Infra complex in Mira Road. It suddenly gave way and collapsed, hitting vehicles below. Visuals from the spot showed the damaged crane lying across the site, while nearby vehicles suffered significant damage.
