Yogi further said that the mining, sand, land and forest mafias operated with impunity, while the fear of dacoits had made life difficult for ordinary people.The CM said that the farmers were afraid to step into their fields, young people were forced to migrate due to a lack of opportunities, and basic facilities such as irrigation, drinking water and road connectivity were missing.
