Mussadiq, a Jaish-e-Mohammed operative based in Shakargarh, Narowal district, Pakistan, Mohammad Mussadiq is alleged to be one of the group’s principal handlers for infiltrating terrorists into Jammu and Kashmir. He is accused of involvement in the 2022 Sunjwan attack, coordinating drone-based arms smuggling, planning terror attacks, and managing cyber teams that recruit youth through social media. He has been designated an individual terrorist under the UAPA.
