A 911 call released by police captured an unidentified man requesting the welfare check. He told the dispatcher that he, along with his brother and sister-in-law, was outside their mother’s home trying to get inside. He said another brother, whom he described as “mentally ill” and living with their mother, was inside the house and claimed that Nateal Campbell had left, despite a neighbor’s security camera reportedly showing otherwise.
