Once again, the city has been subjected to bomb threats, with police administration and bomb disposal squad rushing to the spots and evacuating premises to ensure people’s safety.
Bomb Threats to Chandigarh Schools
Two schools in Chandigarh received bomb threat emails, one located in Sector 37 and another in Sector 42. The police administration swung into immediate action after several schools in the city received threatening emails. As a security precaution, the affected schools were evacuated, and the bomb disposal squad, dog squad, fire brigade, and quick response team began a thorough search of the school premises.
