The Tata Sierra EV interior has finally been teased ahead of its much-awaited debut on June 30, 2026. While showcasing the SUV’s all-wheel-drive system in action, Tata has confirmed a range of features including a triple-screen dashboard, panoramic sunroof, and head-up display for the upcoming SUV. The teaser also gives a hint of fresh interior styling. This comes after a trail of teasers previewing the SUV’s exterior and AWD capabilities. With the Tata Sierra EV launch date nearing, here’s a closer look at its cabin and other expected specs.
Tata Sierra EV Interior Teased: What’s Revealed
The Sierra EV debuts a new black-and-white interior theme. In terms of features, it comes with a dedicated Boost Mode and six customisable terrain modes (EV-exclusive). They should help the SUV adapt to different driving conditions. Another standout highlight is the dashboard’s triple-screen setup, complemented by a panoramic sunroof and a head-up display, also available in the Sierra ICE version.
While not shown in the teaser, the SUV is likely to come packed with a six-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with memory function, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and an auto-dimming inside rear-view mirror, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 12-speaker JBL audio system, and ventilated front seats.
As for safety, Tata may equip the Sierra EV with a 360-degree camera system, six airbags, rain-sensing wipers, electronic stability control (ESC), an electronic parking brake with auto-hold function, front and rear parking sensors and Level-2 ADAS.
Tata Sierra EV: Powertrain
Tata has only confirmed a handful of mechanical details so far. We already know that the EV will come with an all-wheel-drive layout. It is likely to use the same battery packs as the Harrier EV, which are 65kWh and 75kWh, paired with either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. Depending on the selected version, the electric SUV could offer a claimed range of up to 627 kilometres. The dual-motor version is expected to generate 500 Nm of torque. Moreover, the SUV is expected to feature a multi-link rear suspension.
