As per the advisory issued by the NTA, if biometric verification of a candidate cannot be completed due to any of the following reasons – device hardware failure, poor quality of biometric data, connectivity failure with UIDAI servers, or physical inability of the candidate to provide biometric data – the candidate shall still be ‘allowed’ to enter and appear in the examination room.
