Abhinay’s latest project is adapted from Abeek Barua’s novel, City of Death, but the book was a standalone story. There is no sequel. But the filmmaker was quite positive that the show could come back with some of the characters introduced. He explained, “There’s no doubt about that. As a matter of fact, the one thing that we did was that while it was a standalone story and a standalone book. There are the changes as we were adapting to a screen. The changes that we made, eventually we made sure that it has a longevity to it, where the character can be taken into multiple seasons.”
