According to The Jerusalem Post, the MoU reportedly contains 14 separate clauses, including provisions related to the withdrawal of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) from southern Lebanon, the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, and the release of approximately $24 billion in sanctioned funds.
