When Times Now Digital reached out to 16-year-old Rylen to seek his opinion on this issue, he said, “I found the misconfiguration and reported it shortly afterwards, and they acted pretty swiftly. In a matter of hours, the issue was fixed. Also, when I was looking through it, I could not see any evidence of users’ data being stolen from the database. Though exposed, the data was only available in ‘read-only’ mode, implying that I could see the admit cards and scorecards but not edit them.”
