The Ministry has also stated that these offshore campuses of foreign universities “will offer future-focused academic and research opportunities in areas such as AI, Cyber Security, Data Science, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Creative Industries, Immersive Arts, Renewable Energy, Health, Transport and Education Technology.”
