Wipro has announced the timeline for its Rs 15,000 crore share buyback, with the offer set to start on Thursday, June 11 and conclude on June 17, 2026. The move marks the information technology company’s first buyback initiative in almost three years. The company’s board has approved the repurchase of up to 60 crore equity shares, accounting for nearly 5.7 per cent of its paid-up share capital. The total value of the buyback will not exceed Rs 15,000 crore.
