Emergency crews responded to a vegetation fire in the Mission Valley area of San Diego on Saturday, according to fire-tracking service Watch Duty. The blaze, named the Friars Fire, was reported in the 9000 block of Friars Road and had burned approximately one acre at the time of reporting.
