Susanta Kumar Biswal, SP, Cell Division, Cuttack, said that ,during the Vigilance raids at nine locations linked to Baikuntha Nath Behera, Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE), ITDA Baliguda, officials have so far unearthed five buildings, 13 plots, bank deposits, gold ornaments, and cash worth approximately Rs 2.04 crore.
