According to the Romanian government, the incident occurred at approximately 10:30 AM after the Romanian Intelligence Service, coast guard, and Defense Ministry identified the drone and implemented safety measures. Romanian authorities contacted Ukrainian officials, who confirmed they had lost control of four maritime drones operating in the Black Sea.
