The rapid growth of pickleball in the United States is increasingly creating opportunities for younger players, and a new initiative in Michigan is aiming to provide a structured route into competitive play. The Michigan Youth Pickleball Association (MYPA), founded by Daniel McConnon and Scott McAllister, is helping junior players develop through organised teams, coaching, film analysis and tournament competition.
