According to the official press release, a total of 1,87,389 candidates registered for JEE (Advanced) 2026, out of which 1,79,694 appeared in both Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the examination conducted on May 17, 2026. Of the candidates who appeared, 56,880 have qualified the examination. Among the qualified candidates, 10,107 are female candidates.
