“At the cost of repetition and for the purpose of giving clarity to this order, I conclude that prima facie there is sufficient material on record based upon which strong suspicion is raised against all accused persons, namely (1) Sukesh Chandrashekhar @ Sukash Chandrashekhar, (2) Leena Maria Paul @ Leena Paulose, (3) Deepak Ramnani, (4) Pradeep Ramdanee, (5) B. Mohanraj, (6) Arun Muthu, (7) D. Kamlesh Kothari, (8) Pinky Irani, (9) Jacqueline Fernandez, (10) Pooja Singh, (11) Dharam Singh Meena, (12) Mahender Prasad Sundriyal, (13) Sunder Bora, (14) Komal Poddar, (15) Jitender Narula, (16) Avinash Kumar and (17) Jai Prakash Singhal, for which the said accused persons are required to be charged with the offence under Section 3 of the PMLA, punishable under Section 4 of the PMLA,” Special Judge Prashant Kumar said in his order.
