According to reports, the incident surfaced on Thursday morning when Madhusmita Samantaray, an employee of the finance department at the DRDA office, entered the women’s washroom. During her visit, she noticed a suspicious device lying on the floor, which reportedly appeared to have fallen down. On closer inspection, she suspected it could be a hidden camera and immediately informed senior officials.
